By accessing or using Intentions ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Intentions provides cosmic tools including numerology readings, astrology charts, daily readings, anamnesis card pulls, personal resonance calculations, and life blueprint analysis. These are for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.

3. Payments and Refunds

Tool access is purchased via one-time payments processed by Stripe. Digital content is delivered immediately after verified payment. Purchases are generally final after delivery, except where required by law or when a technical failure prevents delivery. Contact support@intentions.app for payment or access problems.

4. Inactive Crypto Lottery

The Pythagoras Lottery is a planned feature and is not currently live. No public page, preview, or simulated statistic constitutes an offer to enter, a confirmed entry, or a promise of a prize.

If this feature launches, separate official rules, eligibility requirements, supported jurisdictions, entry terms, and deployed contract addresses will be published before entries are accepted.

Readings provided by Intentions are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or applicability of any reading. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, algorithms, and branding are the property of Intentions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Intentions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on readings or lottery participation outcomes.
